Notes From My Kitchen:
This space started as a place to share what I was making in my kitchen, and slowly became a collection of the meals I come back to again and again.
Cooking has always been my way of creating something I actually enjoy in the middle of a busy life. Over time, it turned into experimenting with simple ingredients, finding healthier swaps, and building meals that feel both nourishing and realistic.
Most of what you’ll find here comes from everyday moments, what I’m craving, what I can make quickly between a packed schedule, or what feels good in a certain season of life. It’s not about perfection, it’s about what actually works in real life.
What you’ll find here
Easy college-friendly dinners
High-protein comfort meals
Gluten-free sweet treats
Ninja Creami creations
Fresh, seasonal bowls
Everything is meant to be simple, satisfying, and realistic, nothing overcomplicated, just food you’ll actually want to make again.
My Approach to Food:
I don’t believe food needs to be complicated or overly restrictive. For me, it’s about finding balance and making meals that feel good, taste good, and actually fit into real life.
Most of my recipes are gluten-free, high-protein, and made with simple ingredients, but still focused on comfort and enjoyment. I love taking familiar meals and giving them a lighter, more nourishing twist without losing flavor.
At the end of the day, I want food to feel easy, flexible, and something you actually look forward to making and eating.
Life Outside the Kitchen
Outside the kitchen, you’ll usually find me at a café getting coffee, working out, spending time with friends, or hanging out with my dogs. I love staying active, going on little walks, and taking time to slow down when I can. Most days are a mix of school, errands, and simple routines that keep everything feeling balanced and real.
