High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients:

Buffalo Chicken Dip

• 1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken
• 1 cup cottage cheese (blended smooth) (Good Culture cottage cheese is my fav)
• 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
• 1/3–1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste) (Primal Kitchen is the best, with clean ingredients)
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• Salt + pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish.

  2. Blend cottage cheese until smooth for a creamy texture.

  3. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, blended cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, buffalo sauce, cheddar, mozzarella, and seasonings.

  4. Transfer mixture to baking dish and spread evenly.

  5. Top with a little extra cheese if desired.

  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot, bubbly, and slightly golden on top.

  7. Let cool slightly and serve warm. Best served with carrots and tortilla chips.

  8. Enjoy !! Perfect for large gatherings or parties.
