Ingredients:

Tuna Mix

• 1 container Trader Joe’s tuna (about 32g protein)
• 2–3 tbsp Greek yogurt (FAGE 0% works great)
• 1/4 avocado, mashed
• 1–2 tbsp chopped pickles
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but adds flavor)
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Salt + pepper
• Splash of pickle juice (optional, for extra tang)

To Serve

• Sliced cucumbers
• Seaweed crisps or seaweed snacks

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix tuna, Greek yogurt, and mashed avocado until creamy.

  2. Stir in chopped pickles and Dijon mustard.

  3. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  4. Add a small splash of pickle juice if you want extra tang.

  5. Mix until smooth and creamy, then taste and adjust seasoning.

  6. Serve with cucumbers and seaweed crisps for scooping or dipping

  7. Optional: top with chili crunch flakes
