Toasted Marshmallow

This toasted marshmallow creami brings all the s’mores flavors you love into a creamy, high-protein dessert.

Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus freeze time)
Freeze Time: 8–12 hours
Spin Time: 3–5 minutes

Servings: 1 pint

Ingredients:

Ice Cream Base

• 360 g Fairlife milk
• 33 g marshmallow protein powder
• Stevia, to taste
• Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Mix-Ins

• Graham crackers (crushed) (1 cracker)
• Chocolate chips (1-2 tbsp)
• Air-fried toasted marshmallows (see below) (About 2 large ones)

Instructions:

Base

  1. In a blender or frother, mix Fairlife milk, marshmallow protein powder, stevia, and vanilla until completely smooth.

  2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 8–12 hours until solid.

  3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.

  4. Respin on Lite Ice Cream a second time until smooth and creamy (add a splash of milk if needed).

Add-Ins

  1. Air fry marshmallows at 400°F for 2–3 minutes until golden and toasted on top. Let cool slightly.

  2. Create a well in the Creami and add:
    • Crushed graham crackers
    • Chocolate chips
    • Toasted marshmallows or place on top after mixing

  3. Spin on Mix-In mode until combined.
