Carmelized Banana Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients:

Yogurt Bowl

    •    1 cup of Greek yogurt

    •    1 banana, sliced

Caramelized Bananas

    •    1 tsp butter or coconut oil

    •    Drizzle of maple syrup

    •    Cinnamon

    •    Pinch of salt

    •    Splash of vanilla extract (optional)

Optional Toppings

    •    Peanut butter or PB Fit

    •    Catalina Crunch or granola

    •    Chia seeds or pumpkin seeds

    •    Coconut flakes or chocolate chips

Instructions:

    1.    Heat butter or oil in a pan over medium heat.

    2.    Add banana slices, maple syrup, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

    3.    Cook until bananas are golden and caramelized on both sides.

    4.    Stir in vanilla extract at the end (optional).

    5.    Add yogurt to a bowl and top with warm caramelized bananas.

    6.    Finish with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
