Golden Hour Peach Yogurt Bowl

There’s something about grilled peaches that makes them taste like summer. This is the perfect breakfast for a warm summer morning!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 ripe peach, halved and pitted

  • 1 tbsp gluten-free granola

  • 1 tbsp sweetened coconut flakes

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.

  2. Place the peach halves cut-side down and grill for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Brush the cut side of each peach with a small drizzle of maple syrup and grill for an additional 2 minutes, until caramelized.

  4. Spread the Greek yogurt into a serving bowl.

  5. Top with the grilled peaches.

  6. Sprinkle with granola, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes.

  7. Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup, if desired.

  8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
