Mixed Berry Jam
Pairs perfectly with my mango and coconut yogurt bowl.

Ingredients
• 2 cups frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
• 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp water (as needed to help it cook down)
• Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds (for thicker “jam” texture)
Instructions
1. Heat berries
Add frozen berries to a small saucepan over medium heat.
Stir occasionally as they begin to thaw and release juices.
2. Sweeten + simmer
Add honey (or maple syrup) and lemon juice.
Stir and let simmer for 5–8 minutes, gently mashing berries as they soften.
3. Thicken
Once mixture becomes saucy and slightly thick, reduce heat.
Optional: stir in chia seeds and let sit for 5 minutes to thicken further.
4. Cool + serve
Remove from heat and let cool slightly — it will thicken more as it sits.
Serve warm or chilled.
