Pineapple and Coconut “Dole Whip”

Freeze Time: 8–12 hours
Spin Time: 3–5 minutes

Ingredients:
Ice Cream Base
• 360 g Fairlife milk
• 1 scoop (33g) coconut protein powder (Clean Simple Eats)
• Stevia, to taste
Mix-Ins
• 2–3 tbsp pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen, chopped small)
• 1–2 tbsp coconut flakes and chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a blender or using a frother, mix Fairlife milk, coconut protein powder, and stevia until completely smooth.
Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 8–12 hours, until fully solid.
Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.
Respin on Lite Ice Cream a second time until smooth and creamy.
If needed, add a small splash of milk and respin again for the perfect texture.
Create a well in the center and add pineapple chunks + coconut flakes + chocolate chips.
Spin on Mix-In mode.
