Birthday Cake

⏱ Prep Time: 5 minutes (plus freeze time)
⏱ Freeze Time: 8–12 hours
⏱ Spin Time: 3–5 minutes

Servings: 1 pint

Ingredients:

Ice Cream Base

• 360 g Fairlife milk
• 33 g cake batter protein powder
• Stevia, to taste
• 1 tablespoon of sugar free cheesecake pudding mix

Mix-Ins

• 1 tablespoon of white chocolate chips + sprinkles

Instructions:

Base

1. In a blender or frother, mix Fairlife milk, cake batter protein powder, stevia, and vanilla until completely smooth.

2. Pour into your Ninja Creami pint container and freeze flat for 8–12 hours until solid.

3. Spin on Lite Ice Cream mode.

4. Respin on Lite Ice Cream a second time until smooth and creamy (add a splash of milk if needed).

Add-Ins

• Use a spoon to create a small well in the center of the ice cream.

• Add the white chocolate chips and rainbow sprinkles.

• Process using the Mix-In setting.
