Thanksgiving Style Chicken Meatballs
These elegant, flavor-packed meatballs are a festive way to serve all the best elements of a Thanksgiving plate in one bite. Each meatball is filled with a little Thanksgiving stuffing and cranberry relish.

Ingredients:
Chicken Meatballs
• 1 lb ground chicken
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (or gluten-free breadcrumbs)
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1/4 cup finely diced onion
• 1/4 cup stuffing mix (crushed, for flavor)
• 2–3 tbsp cranberry sauce
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp dried sage
• 1/2 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp rosemary
• Salt + pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, crushed stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, and all seasonings until just combined.
Roll into small meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through and lightly golden.
Let cool slightly and serve warm. Optional: top with dried cranberries
