High Protein Pimento Cheese Dip

High-protein pimento cheese dip made lighter with Greek yogurt, perfect for chips, crackers, or summer snacking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese, freshly shredded

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (FAGE 2% or 0%)

  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese, softened

  • 1/3 cup diced pimentos, drained well

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt and softened cream cheese until smooth and well combined.

  2. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.

  3. Add diced pimentos, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, if needed.

  5. Chill for at least 20–30 minutes for best flavor, or serve immediately.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve chilled with crackers, tortilla chips, pita chips, or fresh vegetables like celery, cucumbers, and bell peppers. Also great as a sandwich spread or BBQ side dip.
